Related Tools
PDF Tools lays out your PDF as page thumbnails so you can drag pages into a new order, pull out just the pages you need, or merge pages from several files into one document. Click any thumbnail for a high-resolution preview.
Reordering, extracting and merging all happen inside your browser — files are never uploaded — so contracts and other sensitive documents stay on your machine. A DOCX · HWPX · PDF format converter is included as well.
How to use
- Drag & drop or click to upload PDF files. Add multiple files and their pages appear in sequence.
- Drag thumbnails to reorder pages; click one for a high-resolution preview.
- Enter a page range (e.g. 1-3, 5, 7-9) to extract only those pages, or download everything as a new PDF.
- Need a format change? Use the converter section below with DOCX, PDF or HWPX files.
Common use cases
- Fixing scanned documents
- Rearrange pages that were scanned out of order, checking each thumbnail as you go.
- Submission excerpts
- Pull the three pages you actually need out of a fifty-page report and save them as a light PDF.
- Combining documents
- Merge separately received PDFs — a quote, a business registration, a bank copy — into a single file for submission.
Good to know
Page operations run entirely in your browser. Format conversion (DOCX/HWPX) requires a conversion engine, so it runs on the server; uploaded files are deleted immediately after conversion.
Converting PDF/HWPX to DOCX or HWPX is best-effort, focused on content, page margins and tables. Complex layouts may not be reproduced exactly — review the output.
Frequently asked questions
Are my files uploaded?
Reordering, extraction and merging never leave your browser. Only the DOCX/HWPX format converter uses the server, and those files are deleted as soon as conversion finishes.
How do I write a page range?
Combine commas and hyphens: "1-3, 5, 7-9" extracts pages 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 8 and 9 in order. Leave it empty to include every page.
Can it open password-protected PDFs?
No — PDFs with an open password cannot be loaded in the browser. Remove the password first.
Is there a file size limit?
Processing happens in browser memory, so very large PDFs (hundreds of MB) may slow down or fail depending on your device. Split the file if that happens.
